Dom Collective ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dom Collective website and mobile app at dom-collective.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use our services:

• Account information: Email address and password, or your name, email, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Profile information: Display name and profile photo you choose to add.
• Check-in data: Timestamps recording when you check in to and out of the space.
• Space booking requests: Use type, requested date and time, headcount, equipment needs, description, and suggested contribution amount.
• Membership information: Your subscription tier (Community, Creator, Collaborator, or Contributor) and membership status.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process and confirm space bookings.
• To track check-in history and display occupancy status to members.
• To manage membership tiers and gate access to member-only features.
• To send you email notifications about your space booking requests (via EmailJS).
• To display your name and photo within the community.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored and processed using the following third-party services:

• Supabase — our backend database and authentication provider. Data is stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your full payment details. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method. If you use Google sign-in, your name, email, and profile picture are shared with us by Google.
• EmailJS — used to send email notifications about space booking requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 3 (service providers) or as required by law.

Your display name and profile photo may be visible to other members of the collective within the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account.

7. Children's Privacy

Dom Collective is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
